And it’s not appetizing, though…

There are 5 ingredients: palm oil, cocoa, hazelnuts, skimmed milk powder, and sugar to make Nutella, a huge half of it is sugar. The nutritional label claims that a Nutella jar contains 21 grams of sugar per 37 grams of two tablespoons. It means that it actually contains sugar more than half. Most of the rest is palm oil – solid fat that some people believe it can cause cancer.
We should not use them in decadent cakes if it was really healthy as marketed.
You don’t see a Victoria Sponge full with lettuce or a Chocolate Log sprinkled with spinach, anything that comes in a jar and is meant to be spread on toast but usually taken to with a spoon is likely not to be good for you…
