Vegetables that are very important to your health should have in meals

Vegetables are fresh and healthy, people should eat them everyday.
  1. Tomatos Tomatoes are a very nutritional food source rich in anti-oxidants, vitamin A and C, folic acid and beta-carotene. They are also rich in a substance called lycopene. Lycopene is a bright red carotene that gives tomatoes their color. Lycopene can also be found in other fruits and vegetables such as watermelon or red carrots. 2. Celery

It should we well-cooked before eaten. Kidney bean is regarded as a healthy component of a well-balanced diet. They are available in a variety of variants, such as like red, black, white, spotted, mottled and striped. The texture, flavour and taste of kidney beans are great and posses potassium, magnesium and iron content. For vegetarians it is an excellent substitute to meat. It promotes good health and possesses numerous disease fighting antioxidants.
