About 2 days ago, both Twitter and Reddit were feverish because of a photo titled “Waving Wok”. In it, the Japanese-haired guy with a cold face holds the pan, creating a giant wave of fried rice.
This interesting image received the attention of websites, on Reddit there were 20,600 upvotes, while Twitter brought in about 177,000 likes, nearly 39,000 re-tweets. Most showed admiration for his roasting skills, and the small number received strange things in the photo.
In fact, the photo came from the video of Japan’s famous Mizutamari Bond Youtube channel. In it, Youtuber Kanta made a prank with a giant plastic fried rice pan that he claimed was worth up to 3938 USD.
Why is it so expensive? For a long time, Japan has been famous for its very own occupation: As a display food, it looks as good as the real thing makes viewers want to grab a piece.
In order to create the interesting like this, they needs a lot of experience as well as skills, so they have incredible prices.
Back to Kanta’s prank video, the guy told his friend Tommy that he was going to shoot a rice-roasting video to post on Youtube. Tommy didn’t seem too excited because it was too late.
Kanta started with a modest amount of rice and shocked Tommy when he saw the “tsunami” in the pan. And so, users of Twitter and Reddit quickly take screenshots and have a picture for them.
