Eating BBQ shaked potato chips and watching a good film are so great! Let’s come to the kitchen and prepare right now.
Salt: 1.5 tbsp
Garlic powder: 1 tbsp
Onion powder: 1 tbsp
Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
Chili powder: 1 tbsp
Step 1: Cut potatoes into very thin slices, then soak in salt wter for 30 mins. Remove and drain.
Step 2: Fry potato slices with cooking oil.
Step 3: Mix well garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, chili powder and ½ tbsp salt.
Step 4: Shake well fried potato slices with the mixture above.
