Steamed Corn Cupcake

– Sweet corn: 1

– Sugar: 30g

– Coconut milk: 30ml

– Tapioca starch: 20g

– Egg: 1


– Step 1: Separate corn from the cob and put into the blender, add 1/2 cup of water and blend.

– Step 2: Pour blended corn into a bowl, add 30g sugar, 30ml coconut milk, 20g tapioca starch and 1 egg, mix carefully.

– Step 3: Spread the oil on the cake molds. Pour the mixture into the molds, put them into the pot, cover by the lid and steam for 20 minutes.

– Step 4: Put the cake on a plate and enjoy it!
