- Sweet corn: 1

- Sugar: 30g

- Coconut milk: 30ml

- Tapioca starch: 20g

- Egg: 1


- Step 1: Separate corn from the cob and put into the blender, add 1/2 cup of water and blend.

- Step 2: Pour blended corn into a bowl, add 30g sugar, 30ml coconut milk, 20g tapioca starch and 1 egg, mix carefully.

- Step 3: Spread the oil on the cake molds. Pour the mixture into the molds, put them into the pot, cover by the lid and steam for 20 minutes.

- Step 4: Put the cake on a plate and enjoy it!
