Minced shallot: 10g
Minced lemongrass: 10g
Minced chili: 10g
Fish sauce: 50ml
Tamarind sauce: 50ml
Chili sauce: 30g
Roasted sesame: 5g
Green onion: 10g
Step 1: Quickly stir-fry minced shallot, lemongrass and chili until fragrant. Add in fish sauce, tamarind sauce, sugar and chili sauce. Bring it to a boil until condensed.
Step 2: Cut tofu into medium slices, then fry until golden brown.
Step 3: Place fried tofu to a plate. Pour sauce over the tofu, spread roasted sesame and green onion on top.
