Tempura flour: 100g
Garlic chive: 30g
Pepper: 0.5 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1.5 tbsp
Marinated shrimp with 1/3 tbsp salt, ¼ tbsp pepper in 30 mins. Add egg and mixed.
Dip the shrimp into tempura flour and fry this.
Make the sauce: Mixed mayonnaise with ¼ tbsp salt, ¼ tbsp pepper, lemon juice, parsley, cucumber, and garlic chive.
