A special dipping sauce for fried food

The dipping sauce is an important ingredient for fried foods!

Ingredients:

Shrimp: 350g

Tempura flour: 100g

Garlic chive: 30g

Mayonnaise: 350g

Pepper: 0.5 tbsp

Lemon juice: 1.5 tbsp

Egg: 1

Parsley: 30g

Cucumber: 30g

Instructions:

Step 1:

Marinated shrimp with 1/3 tbsp salt, ¼ tbsp pepper in 30 mins. Add egg and mixed.

Step 2:

Dip the shrimp into tempura flour and fry this.

Step 3:

Make the sauce: Mixed mayonnaise with ¼ tbsp salt, ¼ tbsp pepper, lemon juice, parsley, cucumber, and garlic chive.

Step 4:

Let’s try the deep fried shrimp with the sauce – this is a perfect combination! Good luck and enjoy your meal!
