Green chilli: 30gr
Cool off boiled water: 200ml
Red chilli: 30gr
Ice water: 1 liter
Soy sauce: 200ml
Malt sugar: 100gr
Roasted sesame: 2 tablespoons
Step 1: Boil eggs with water and vinegar for 7 minutes. Then soak them in ice water for 2 minutes. Peel the eggs.
Step 2: Mix the soy sauce, malt sugar, sugar, cool water. Then add onion, green and red pepper and chives. Stir the mixture.
Step 3: Soak the eggs in the liquid with sesame for 6 hours. Bon appetit!
