- Wheat flour: 200 g

- Salt: 0.8 tsp

- Egg yolk: 2

- Water: 220 ml

- Cooking oil: 30 ml

- Minced garlic: 1 tbsp

- Beef: 100 g

- Carrot: 40 g

- Green bell pepper: 30 g

- Red bell pepper: 30 g

- Seasoning powder: 0.5 tbsp

- MSG: 0.5 tbsp

- Pepper: 0.3 tbsp

- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp

- Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp

- Onion: 50 g

- Green onion: 20 g


- Step 1: Knead wheat flour with ½ teaspoon salt, egg yolks, water. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

- Step 2: Flatten the dough, use flower-shaped molds to form the noodles.

- Step 3: Add 1/3 tsp salt to a boiling water pot. Add noodles the boil for 10-15 minutes, pick out and soak in cold water then drain.

- Step 4: Stir-fry minced garlic. Add beef, carrot, green and red bell pepper, seasoning powder, MSG, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, stir. Then add onion, noodles.

- Step 5: Sprinkle green onion and take out. Now enjoy your dish!
