Chicken breast is an excellent source of protein and low fats. Also, oat is among the healthiest grains on earth. With these ingredients, we can process other delicious foods that helps promoting weight loss. Let’s check the oat baked chicken breast recipe right now!


Chicken breast: 400g

Onion powder: 0.5 tbsp

Garlic powder: 0.5 tbsp

Mixed herb: 0.3 tbsp

Salt: 0.3 tbsp

Pepper: 0.3 tbsp

Egg: 1

Oat: 100g


Step 1: Marinate chicken breasts with all ingredients in 20 mins.

Step 2: Cover chicken breasts with oat then bake at 175oC for 15-20 mins.
