Nutritious meal with pineapple-simmered veal

Veal contains very high protein and it is processed into different dishes. Today, Feedy will help you to make pineapple-simmered veal. Let’s start now!


Garlic – Lemongrass – Shallot – Chili: 30g Water: 150ml Fermented tiny shrimp paste: 50g MSG: 1/3 tbsp Pepper: ¼ tbsp Sugar: ½ tbsp Fish sauce: 3 tbsp Chili sauce: 2 tbsp Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp Veal: 600g Pineapple/ Red hot pepper: 60g Green onion – Coriander: 60g

Step 1: Quickly stir-fry the mixture of garlic, lemongrass, shallot and chili until fragrant. Add in water, fish sauce, MSG, pepper, sugar, chili sauce and oyster sauce. Bring it to a boil.

Step 2: Add in veal in simmer for 30 mins. Add in pineapple and red hot pepper to simmer for 15-20 mins.

Step 3: Add in green onion and coriander then stir well.
