Man cooks 200 finger-licking-good fried chicken for orphans, and he spices them to perfection

There’s no greater feeling in the world than to see kids eating the food prepared by us with delight. In this video, a man whips up 200 crispy fried chicken drumsticks for orphans, just to put smiles on their faces.

In this footage, a man is seen making Indian-style KFC crispy fried chicken.

Here’s the man’s step-by-step recipe:

Step 1) Cut slits across the chicken drumsticks.

Step 2) Crack the eggs and drop them into the big pan containing the chicken.

Step 3) Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken.

Step 4) Add salt, soy sauce, and spices including red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, black pepper powder, jeera powder, tamarind powder, as well as amchoor powder (Indian dried mango powder).

Step 5) Pour in curd.

Step 6) Add oregano, mixed herbs, thyme, vinegar, and szechuan sauce.

Step 7) Marinate for 3 hours after combining the chicken with the seasoning mixture.

Step 8) Coat the chicken all over with maida flour, corn flour, bread crumb powder, corn flakes, and oats.

Step 9) Prepare the batter using corn flour, maida flour, eggs, and milk.

Step 10) Dip the chicken into the batter and fry it in hot oil.

Finally, these finger-licking-good fried chicken drumsticks are ready to be served.
