Grilled Pork Shoulder Skewers

It's so easy to make delicious Grilled Pork Shoulder Skewers at home. Let's do it with Feedy now!

*Ingredients:

- Pork shoulder: 700g

- Pepper: 0.25 tbsp

- MSG: 0.3 tbsp

- Cashew nut oil: 40ml

- Chili paste: 40g

- Honey: 1 tbsp

- Garlic: 10g

- Lemongrass: 5g

- Onion: 10g

- Coriander root: 5g

- Soy sauce: 60 ml

- Sugar: 60g

- Oyster sauce: 20g

- Chili: 10g

- Roasted sesame seeds: 20g

*Instrution:

- Step 1: Wash pork shoulder, cut into pieces then marinate with ¼ tbsp pepper, 1/3 tbsp MSG, 40ml cashew nut oil, 40g chili paste, 1 tbsp honey, 30g mixture of minced garlic, lemongrass, shallot and coriander root for 1 hour.

- Step 2: Skewer all the marinated pork shoulder.

- Step 3: Sweep a thin layer of cooking oil over the pan, grill pork shoulder skewers on both sides.

- Step 4: Add 60ml soy sauce, 60g sugar, 20g oyster sauce to the pan and boil, then add 10g chili, 20g roasted sesame seeds, stir.

- Step 5: Enjoy these delicious skewers with the sauce!
