People called frog meat “copper chicken”. Their flesh is tender, fragrant, and sweet. Frog is regarded as one of the specialties of the countryside, the most delicious snack for drinkers.
In order to have a delicious frog grilled, people usually buy clean, remove organs and thighs, then wash, dry and then add spices. But recently, a member named Nguyen Dung posted on a Facebook group many pictures of grilled frogs that still have their whole body.
According to Dung, these frogs are grilled a whole, without removing skin, head or any organs. Mr. Dung said that if you remove the skin or internal organs and then grilled their meat will be dry and no longer retain the sweetness of the frogs. After grilled, we just need to peel the skin and deep the frogs into sauce, it will be a suitable snack to eat and to drink with beer and watch the World Cup.
After posting those pictures on social networks, these photos attracted the attention of many Facebook users, especially young people. Most people are curious, because it is the first time they saw grilled frogs with their full organs.
