Fried octopus is a Thailand well-known dish. Just only 3 easy steps, you can make it and enjoy at home.
Pork fat: 50g
Minced chili: 20g
Crispy fry mix: 220g
Pepper: 0.5 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs: 200g
Step 1: Smoothly blend octopus and pork fat. Then, mix them well with minced chili, coriander, 20g crispy fry mix, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Step 2: Grab a handful of the mixture and roll into flattened round shapes, coat them with crispy fry mix, egg and bread crumbs. Then fry them until golden brown.
Step 3: Place them to a plate. Serve with ketchup or chili sauce.
