Nowadays, people have a habit to add more salt into food. However, a too salty diet will cause many health problems.

1. The body is caused dehydration and edema

According to experts, eating a lot of salt will keep water trapped in the vein. Absorbing too much salt will cause the body to suffer from dehydration, which leads to be swelled in the hands and feet.

2. High blood pressure

Hypertension is a adverse effect for people who have eaten lots of salt for a long time. Because salt is absorbed in the vein, which increases the amount of water and water pressure.

3. The kidneys don’t work as well as they should

Kidneys are one of the most important parts in the human body. If you eat too much salt, excess sodium can increase the amount of calcium in your urine. Therefore, your kidneys will work hard.

4. The risk of neurological and cognitive

Maintaining a long-term term diet makes the cells in the blood vessel vulunarble. This is extremely dangerous because it can cause strokes.
