Durian Crepe with pandan leaf

This cool and delicious Durian Crepe definitely is a great idea for summer days!

*Ingredients: Coconut milk: 100ml Egg: 2 Sugar: 35g Durian: 150g Whipping cream: 150ml Fresh milk: 100ml Pandan leaf: 150g


Step 1: Cut pandan leaves into small pieces and put into a blender, add 100ml water and puree. Then, pour it through a sieve.

Step 2: Add 2 eggs, 20g sugar, 100ml fresh milk, 100ml coconut milk, 100ml pandan leaf juice into a large bowl, then stir carefully. Next, add 100g wheat flour and continue to stir.

Step 3: Pour the mixture through the sieve then wrap by plastic food wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Add 150ml whipping cream, 15g sugar to a bowl and mix. Put the mixture into a pastry bag.

Step 5: Take the mixture in step 3. Spread a thin layer of cooking oil on the pan. Add a spoon of the mixture to the pan, spread it. When the mixture turns to dark green, pick up and put on a plate. Do the same with the rest.

Step 6: Spread the cake, place durian on it, add a little cream to the top. Roll and place it on the plate.

Step 7: Do the same until nothing left. Done! Let’s enjoy!
