*Ingredients:

– Pila polita: 500 g

– Lemongrass: 30 g

– Salt: 0.25 tbsp

– Lime leaf: 10 g

– Minced garlic: 30 g

– Sweet-sour sauce: 80 g

– Water: 300 ml

– Seasoning powder: 0.5 tbsp

– MSG: 0.3 tbsp

– Pepper: 0.3 tbsp

– Chili sauce: 50 g

– Green banana: 100 g

– Fried tofu: 300 g

– Shredded coconut: 100 g

– Piper lolot leaf: 100 g

*Instruction:

– Step 1: Boil pila polita with lemongrass, salt, lime leaves for 3 minutes then remove, drain.

– Step 2: Stir-fry minced garlic, add sweet-sour sauce, 200ml water, seasoning powder, MSG, pepper and chili sauce, stir. Then add green banana, fried tofu and simmer in 15-20 minutes.

– Step 3: Add pila polita, shredded coconut, 100ml water and continue to simmer for 5 – 10 minutes. Then add piper lolot leaves and turn off the stove.

– Step 4: Place on a plate and enjoy!
