Fresh spring rolls with pigskin and banana flower, very suitable for enjoying in hot weather days

Ingredients:

Pigskin: 500g

Banana flower: 300g

Lemon juice: 40ml

Lettuce: 1

Onion: 60g

Carrot: 60g

Minced garlic: 10g

Coriander: 1

Lemongrass: 20g

Fish sauce: 40ml

Minced chili: 10g

Soup powder: 1 tbsp

Sugar: 40g

Rice paper: 10

Instructions:

Step1:

Boil the pigskin with onion, lemongrass, soup powder.

Step2:

Marinate banana flower, pigskin, carrot with fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, minced garlic and chili in 10 mins.

Step3:

Spread rice paper, add lettuce, coriander, banana flower salad all roll back.  Wish you success and enjoy with this cool dish!
