Salt: 0.5 tbsp
Pepper: 0.5 tbsp
Sugar: 0.5 tbsp
Curry powder: 10g
Sweet potato: 200g
Fresh coconut water: 1L
Tapioca starch: 10ml
Step 1: Marinate beef with salt, pepper, sugar and curry powder for 30 mins.
Step 2: Quickly fry carrot, potato and sweet potato.
Step 3: Add in onion and beef and stir-fry. Also, add lemongrass and fresh coconut water then stew for 15 mins.
Step 4: Stew potato, carrot and sweet potato for 5-10 mins. Pour in non-sugar milk and tapioca starch. Stir well.
Step 5: Turn off the stove. Serve warm with rice or bread.
