Duck meat: 600gr
Half of an onion
Chilli paste: 20gr
Seasoning powder: ⅓ tablespoon
Lime juice: 35ml
Minced chilli: 10gr
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
Minced garlic: 10gr
Minced lemongrass: 10gr
Fish sauce: 30ml
Minced ginger: 10gr
Step 1: Marinate duck with seasoning powder and soy sauce for 30 minutes
Step 2: Add lemongrass, onion and put the duck in the pot then steam.
Step 3: Making the Dip: Mix lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and chilli paste. Stir it til dissolved completely. Then add minced lemongrass, chilli, ginger and garlic.
Step 4: Enjoy the duck with your new dip. Bon appetit!
